At JOSEF SEIBEL, we are committed to your comfort and satisfaction; if your footwear is not a perfect fit, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original JOSEF SEIBEL box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
